The phksy platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. phksy does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If phksy becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Parents and guardians who believe that a minor has registered on phksy should contact our support team immediately.
Where it is necessary to transfer your personal data outside the Philippines — for example, to game software providers or cloud infrastructure partners with servers in other jurisdictions — phksy ensures that such transfers are subject to contractual safeguards that provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. phksy will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not maintain adequate data protection standards without your prior consent or a lawful basis under Philippine law.
