All deposits and withdrawals on phksy are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phksy accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, and major Philippine bank accounts including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted subject to card issuer restrictions.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no phksy-imposed deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits on the phksy platform ("source of funds" requirement). Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. phksy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding applicable thresholds under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
phksy is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. All withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to verification queue times. Withdrawal requests submitted during non-business hours may be processed on the next available business day for certain payment channels.
phksy may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates.
By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. phksy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. All bets placed on phksy are final once confirmed. phksy does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects game outcome, phksy reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the original stake to the player's account balance.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phksy reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

In the event of account closure for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, phksy will return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms.
All content on the phksy platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface design, is the property of phksy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phksy platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from phksy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phksy's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phksy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if phksy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. phksy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or telecommunications failures outside phksy's reasonable control.
phksy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the phksy platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the phksy Privacy Policy.
phksy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a notice displayed prominently on the phksy platform prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the phksy platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting phksy support.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phksy is regulated by PAGCOR, and any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
In the event of a dispute between you and phksy, you agree to first contact phksy support and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days for phksy to resolve the matter. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
